Biography
Architect with a Ph.D. in Social Sciences (UFP), Advanced Diploma in Architectural Projects (Barcelona), and degree from University of Porto. Former President of the Assembly of the Portuguese Architects Order (2017–2020) and current President of its National Directive Council (2023–2026). Vice-CEO of Porto’s Metropolitan Area (2019–2023), professor, author, and researcher in urban planning, mobility, and development.Sessions
